May 27th the PFS community team hosted a blood drive with Bonfils Blood Center. Employees, friends,
and clients all came out to donate their blood.
PFS
is known locally for being a leader in the oil and gas exploration, pipeline
and transmission industries but they also
focus heavily on giving back to the community. For the past four years, PFS has
coordinated several community service efforts for local organizations.
Petroleum Field Services has a Giving Team which chooses one charity or
community organization per quarter. One volunteer focuses on that charity and
coordinates in-kind donations and events.
To
maintain an adequate supply of blood for Colorado the Bonfils Blood Center
requires 3,000 donors per a week. For more information or to host your own
